any embossing job, up to and including paper weights in excess of
300g/m². Smooth, straight up and down motion allows maximum pressure
with minimal effort.

The cast Iron embosser is provided with a professionally laser engraved industrial strength plastic.
- Delrin wafer at no extra charge.
- Additional charges apply to have the brass embossing dies engraved and added.
IMPORTANT: Standard hand held and standard desk models are designed to emboss 20 - 30 lb. paper. The extra heavy duty models and cast iron models are designed for standard paper as well as light card stock paper.
PAPER VERIFICATION: Verify number of sheets, gold foil use, paper weight, fiber content. Anything other than 1-2 sheet 20# copy paper, SEND SAMPLES to reduce chance of trouble.
INSERT DIRECTION: Paper insert direction. ASK: if you are reading the document, which side do you insert in the seal TOP / BOTTOM / LEFT / RIGHT, choose only one, (not bottom/left etc). Charge applies to change insert direction.

ARTWORK - Embossers with artwork can only be produced with a vector ready artwork; In order for us to make a quality embosser we first must have clean black and white line art. The best file is a 300-600 dpi, black and white, tiff, bmp, eps, jpeg, or a pdf file.
If you do not have good black and white line art, send us what you have, we have a graphic artist on staff to make the best artwork for use with embossers. Please note: Some designs uploaded may come with extra charges to create. Original artwork in some cases is outdated or needs to be cleaned up for use on embossing dies. Most artwork redraws start at a minimum charge of $40.00 and up to $75.00 per hour of complete graphic work/labor charge.
