Custom Aluminum Stencils

Aluminum stencils are custom made to your specification. We also offer DOT/MUTCD and FAA stencils. Available sizes from 3”  to 120″ plus, any size to fit your needs. Due to aluminum prices fluctuating we can only provide a custom quotation.  We also offer ABS plastic, Mylar and Oilboard stencils, as well as traffic and field marking paint.

Compared to regular stencils made of .060" thick plastic, aluminum stencil is highly durable, easy to clean. Our aluminum stencils are .080″ thick flat aluminum stock which allows the stencil to lay flat on almost any surface. The edges of all of our aluminum stencils are rolled which help to reduce the risk of paint over spray and to help keep the edges from causing injury to the hand or fingers. Aluminum is also corrosion resistant so they won’t rust if accidentally left out in the rain or snow.
