Characteristics; The 141 thinner is formulated with the same solvent system used in the inks; only the color is eliminated. Thinners can be mixed with the ink to speed up drying time, or they can be applied to a stamp pad in order to rejuvenate it. They can also be used to clean equipment and rubber stamps.
