Benefits of the Dual-Disc Isolating Shaft Assembly
1. This assembly protects the drill press by preventing the branding tool's heat from rising into the chuck and bearings of the drill press, which would otherwise prematurely dry out the lubricating oils in the drill press.The dual-disc provides a shield against convection currents and a barrier that prevents heat transfer through the shaft.
2. It allows for adjusting the level of the branding head to match that of the surface being branded.Thus, brands are better and more uniform.
Easy Installation
DP units are easily and quickly installed.Just insert the unit into the chuck and plug it into a grounded power outlet.
