APPLICATIONS: Used for part marking in the automotive, appliance, electronics, glass and ceramic industries. Designed to be used with rubber stamps and on offset printers.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: #6050 Clipaks ™ contain precisely weighed portions of ink (10 grams) and catalyst (5 grams). Operators no longer have to worry about weighing the two components, contamination of jar contents or the mess usually associated with mixing epoxy inks in small quantities. Just remove the plastic clip, mix the two parts together thoroughly, allow an induction period of 30 minutes, cut off one corner of the package and dispense the ink. When used with a rubber stamp, use a brayer / hard rubber roller or similar device to roll the ink into a thin draw down on a glass, vinyl or metal plate before transferring to the stamp.
CURE CYCLES: This is a room temperature cure ink, dries to handle in 6-8 hrs. and requires 4-7 days to develop solvent resistance. May also be force cured at one of the following time/temperature cycles: 150°F(66C)-90 min. or 200°F(93C)-1hr. or 250°F(121C)-30 min. or 300°F(149C)-10 min. or 350°F(177C)-6 min.
